A fun evangelistic tool

The Evangelistic Block Party Trailer is an evangelistic mission tool providing the basic resources needed to conduct special fellowships, outreach, or family events in any community within the Corpus Christi Baptist Association (CCBA).

The association provides this trailer as a tool to help churches, missions, and partner organizations of CCBA have a unique way to maximize their outreach budget and help some that would not otherwise have the resources to conduct a special event of this magnitude. Our prayer is that this trailer will help churches, missions, and partner organizations of CCBA reach out to the unchurched people

To reserve the trailer, please fill out and submit the EBPT Request form. After your event, submit the EBPT Event Report below.

Agree to provide adequate volunteers: To unload and set up the Property from the trailer at the event (assisted by CCBA driving team); for proper supervision of Property and to run event activities; to cleanup equipment used during the event and to reload the Property into the trailer after the event (assisted by CCBA driving team).

After Event Report - Required
Agree to submit an event report and to share event pictures/testimonies to the CCBA office within 30 days after the event.

Rental Fees - Required
I agree to pay the Fees of $200 per day / $50 deposit. I understand that reservations are confirmed once CCBA receives the EBPT Request Form, Rental Agreement and the Fee/Deposit. I also understand that deposits are refunded after the event contingent on fulfillment of the EBPT Rental.
